Our Sonoran desert is unique to the world and the saguaro cactus (Carnegiea gigantea) is the icon of the Sonoran desert. Sometime this giant is wrongfully placed and shown in other deserts. Just as the saguaro is adapted to the specific Sonoran desert, architectural projects should be adapted for specific landscapes and cities. Chad Gnant has over 20 years experience working in the desert landscape and like the saguaro adapts to the meet the challenges and changes occurring in the southwest.
